I enjoyed my stay here last weekend since it’s just a few steps from High Street and only a short walk to the beautiful Lake Windermere, making it easy for me to explore the area and soak in the scenic views. the host was super friendly and the room was clean despite being a bit dated which didn’t bother us much.

Perfect getaway!

Spent a night and it was fab! The deluxe room was super clean and modern with a huge shower that felt amazing. Loved having robes and slippers too! Bed was comfy and there were treats like local biscuits. Only thing was the bedside lamp didn’t work, but not a biggie. Breakfast looked good, although we skipped it.

Our stay in Windermere was lovely, especially the exceptional afternoon tea! The warm welcome from the staff was delightful, though breakfast could benefit from more attention to detail. Traffic noise was a minor issue, but overall, a pleasant getaway. For breakfast, ask for specific preferences to avoid mix-ups.

Nice place with free wi-fi, a bar lounge, and a tv. The staff once helped me find my way nearby, which I appreciated. I always have a great time here and plan to return soon!

We had a fantastic time with friends! The guesthouse had a cozy feel, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed visiting Orrest Head for stunning views and took the Windermere Ferry for a fun day out. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Just a short walk to local shops and restaurants!

Unfortunately, we were let down by the breakfast, as the full English we anticipated wasn't available this time.

I had a great stay. The King Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the area. 🏞️

Wonderful place, clean facilities!

The welcoming staff and their attentive service made my stay truly special. I loved the lovely breakfasts with individually prepared dishes. Only downside was the wifi didn't reach well in my room. 😊

Lovely room with a cozy feel, equipped with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom that had a walk-in shower. Spa facilities looked inviting too. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the main street, and parking was hassle-free. Breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely worth it!
